Configuration of this data center

The data center is fully configured for maximum ease of installation and maintenance of your IT infrastructure. There is a car park close to the building with sufficient free parking at all times, enabling you to carry out maintenance on your servers whenever it suits you. A goods entrance is available which you can use free of charge to load and unload your equipment. In addition, our internal lift can be used to move your equipment to the 1st floor without difficulty. The entire premises are barrier-free and without thresholds, and trolleys are provided for moving your equipment and tools with ease. A dedicated customer area is also provided for you to work in, and there is a meeting room which can be booked quickly and easily online.

Security of data center Arnhem

Data center Arnhem is well equipped with security measures and meets the highest standards of security certification. In addition to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 50001 certification, the data center also has NEN 7510 and ISAE-3402 type 2 certification. The site is secured with fencing and access is provided via a turnstile and sliding gate. The entire fencing also incorporates a power fence. An intrusion and access control system with CCTV surveillance provides overall on-site security.

Fire prevention of our data center

Both data floors are fitted with a fire-detection system in combination with Very Early Smoke Detection Alarms (VESDA) systems, which detect dust and soot particles. In the unlikely event of a fire, a gas extinguishing system will lower the oxygen concentration to a level that ensures the fire is quickly put out. The system uses Argonite: a mixture of Argon and nitrogen. This mixture of gases is stored under high pressure and is automatically released into the area in the event of fire. Unlike a water-based extinguishing system, this method of fire control does not damage your equipment.
